Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Signed-in accounts are asked to accept them, and to accept them again when they change in a way that affects you.

You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are under 18, use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

The service

AdventAI provides AI-powered answers, a library and study tools for personal study, research and inspiration. Bible World makes images and videos of the Bible. They are not a substitute for personal study of the sources.

Answers and images are produced by AI and may contain errors. Check important quotations and facts against the sources linked in each answer.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account: do not create accounts to get around limits or free credits.

You can download your data and delete your account at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that violates someone’s privacy.
• Do not make harmful, hateful, sexual or misleading images, and respect the sacred nature of biblical content.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the service’s limits and safety checks.
• Do not present AI-generated content as something else, or as AdventAI’s endorsement.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you give the service: messages, files, prompts and uploads. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

You may use AI-generated text answers for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to these terms.

AI-generated images and videos

• Free accounts: images and videos you make are released under CC0 1.0 (public domain). Anyone, including AdventAI, may use them for any purpose. AdventAI may review them and publish chosen ones in the public gallery under the AdventAI name, without your name or prompt.
• Paid accounts: images and videos you make are yours. AdventAI does not claim rights to them, and they stay private unless you share them.
• Anything published to a public gallery is released under CC0 1.0, whatever your plan.
• The standard Bible World characters are CC0. Owning your image does not give you exclusive rights to those characters.
• AI can make similar images for different people; your rights cover your own image, not similar ones others make.

Shared conversations

A conversation you share becomes publicly readable by anyone with the link and may appear in search engines. You can delete the link at any time. AdventAI may remove a shared conversation, or add a note to it, where it misrepresents AdventAI, Seventh-day Adventist beliefs or the Bible.

Plans and payments

Paid plans and credit packs are paid through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the billing portal on your account page; cancelling stops the next renewal. Credits do not expire. The Founding Lifetime Membership has its own terms on its page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. To the extent the law allows, AdventAI is not liable for loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may change the service and these terms. When the terms change in a way that affects you, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
