2 Kings 10: King Jehu destroys the worship of Baal in Samaria. Jehu, large and central, stands in front of the house of Baal in his armour and cloak, one fist raised in fierce zeal, commanding his men. Behind him soldiers haul down the great stone pillar-image of Baal with ropes so it topples, and carved wooden idols are being burned in a bright bonfire.
