Prompt

1 Thessalonians 4: 'For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air.' Jesus Christ, robed in shining white, descends in glory in the bright clouds of the upper sky with his arms open in welcome, while a great winged archangel beside him sounds a golden trumpet. In the foreground, a Thessalonian widow and her young son, large and close, look up with overwhelming joy as her husband, risen from his open rock-cut tomb in radiant health, reaches out to embrace them; the risen husband wears a short brown working tunic and a wrapped striped head-cloth over his hair. Brilliant golden light floods the sky; a simple rocky hillside below. Style: a blend of photo-realism and cinema, like a still from a big-budget film. Bright, rich, saturated, luminous colour, clear daylight or glowing golden light even in dramatic scenes, never murky or muddy, crisp detail, real human faces full of emotion, shallow depth of field, subtle film grain. Simple, uncluttered composition: ONE clear scene from this chapter, with the chapter's main character or characters large, close and central in the upper and middle frame, and a simple background. No montage, no collage, no inset vignettes, no crowd of small figures competing for attention. Historically accurate ancient Near Eastern clothing, architecture and landscape. Keep the bottom quarter of the frame simple and uncluttered (ground, water or sky) so a large chapter number can be set over it. Absolutely no text, no letters, no words, no numbers, no logos, no watermark, no border, no frame.
