Keep everything exactly the same except the small pyramids on the distant horizon are replaced by a distant stepped Mesopotamian ziggurat and the flat plain of Shinar (Babylonia), since the ephah is carried to Shinar, not Egypt. Same people, wings, basket, sky and light.
